The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea has granted two more airline companies the right to operate direct flights to the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbaatar.
Jeju Air Co. and T'way will start operating flights in June. Jeju is allowed to fly between Incheon and Ulaanbaatar four times a week and T'way three times a week.
Currently, Korean Air Lines Co., a major South Korean company, operates six flights a week to Mongolia, and Asiana Airlines Inc. operates three flights a week to Mongolia.
